HMO FREE AFTER SCHOOL COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN The Humanist Movement's free after school computer program for children was initiated by Humanist Movement Organization (HMO) in 2009, to give basic computer lessons to children in deprived communities in Ghana. Currently the program is running in two communities namely Bibiani in the Western region and Mepom in the Eastern region of Ghana. At the moment we have only 2 dedicated and committed local volunteers who are assisting with the free after school computer classes for the children. Volunteer opportunity / duties: The academy is looking for interested volunteers of either gender with computer knowledge and the desire to work with kids to take on the role of teaching basic computer lessons to children after school. Interested volunteers are welcome to apply. Volunteer accommodation & Food: Volunteers will stay in a secured self-contain house nearby. To cover accommodation and food expenses, volunteers contribute 300 USD and stay as long as they wish. |
