The "Ecole Primaire et Maternelle Bilingue" (Noula: Bilingual Nursery and Primary School) originated from the mission "Association des Femmes Actives pour la Promotion de l’Education de la Femme et de l’Enfant in Yaounde", Cameroon; and was opened in 1997 with the authorization of MINEDUC No J2/3041.
Jean Eudes David Noumegne who partnered with the President and teacher, Jacqueline Goupang to provide education for women and children, founded the original Association. After several years of work, Mr. Noumegne’s business selling encylopedias and other academic books generated the funding necessary to build the school.. Read more... |
